20 hanging knee raises

10 single-arm DB thrusters/arm (5/7.5kg)
 
Pre-workout:

POST WORKOUT
2 sets:
:30 standing quad stretch/leg
:30 pigeon stretch/leg

CFP+ PERFORMANCE
4 sets:
10 kip swings on rings
10 kipping ring pull-ups
20 hollow rocks
– Rest as needed between sets.
